Yoga Class Schedule

Yoga Classes, April 2019

Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and on Saturdays at 10:30 AM.  

Monday classes are a community style class that is accessibly to all levels.  It usually includes a vinyasa flow along with seated,  standing  and balancing poses.

Wednesday classes include restorative yoga poses.  

Saturday classes are as follows:

First Saturday of each month is Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that takes you to the most profound state of conscious relaxation. 

Second Saturday of the month is Yin Yoga.  A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia and stretching of the connective tissue around the joints.

Third Saturday of the month is Meditation in Motion.  If the weather permits class starts with a Labyrinth walk followed by a guided meditation and gentle yoga poses.

Fourth Saturday of the month is Tai Chi.  Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction.  It is meditation in motion and promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. 

Class Fees

1 class  $10

5 class package $40

10 class package $70

Student rate - $7 per class

Private, one on one, 60 minute class $60 

Single event private group class up to 10 students  $100.  For larger group single event classes and off site events contact us regarding rates. 

New comers are welcome in all ongoing classes.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to sign the studio waiver form.                     

What to Bring

A YOGA MAT - Please bring your own personal yoga mat. We do have a few mats you may borrow while in class.  As one way of promoting community wellness we do ask that when you borrow a mat you clean the mat with the products provided.

WHAT TO WEAR - It is best to wear comfortable clothing that will not inhibit movement. We practice yoga in our bare feet, so please leave your shoes by the door.
