Yoga Class Schedule

Zoom yoga class Monday nights at 5:30 pm.  

Zoom yoga class Saturday mornings at 10:30 am.

Monday and Wednesday classes are a community style class accessible to all levels.  It usually includes a vinyasa flow along with standing, seated and balancing poses.  

Saturday classes are as follows:

First Saturday of each month is Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that takes you to the most profound state of conscious relaxation. 

Third Saturday of the month is Meditation in Motion.  If the weather permits a Labyrinth walk follows class. 

Class Fees

1 class  $10

5 class package $40

10 class package $70

Student rate - $7 per class

Private, one on one, 60 minute class $60 

Single event private group class up to 10 students  $100.  For larger group single event classes and off site events contact us regarding rates. 

New comers are welcome in all ongoing classes.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to sign the studio waiver form.                     

What to Bring

A YOGA MAT - Please bring your own personal yoga mat. We do have a few mats you may borrow while in class.  As one way of promoting community wellness we do ask that when you borrow a mat you clean the mat with the products provided.

WHAT TO WEAR - It is best to wear comfortable clothing that will not inhibit movement. We practice yoga in our bare feet, so please leave your shoes by the door.
